Horrible chairside manner During my dental visit and cleaning, Teri Downes did not even introduce herself when she walked in. The hygienist had to do that for her. Downes only said two words to me, 'Open' and 'Good'. She spend all of 1 minute in the room and left. Someone should have taught her manners in school. I do not recommend her to anyone, even for emergencies. The hygienist was very nice though.
