I recently sent a large framed picture to California for a Christmas gift through Mail Boxes of Iowa City. It arrived broken. When I received my claim check from Mark Vining (owner) I noticed it was short the $40 I had paid them to package my item. I questioned why the $40 for packaging wasn't included and made the comment I the consumer was out $40 when I had done nothing wrong? Mark stated and I quote...in this situation, i'ts us or it's you. Shocking to here an owner of a local, customer service driven, business to have that approach. Just that willing to stick it to a local consumer. You have lost my business.

I dread going to the post office because I can never figure out how to mail anything! Maybe I am dumb... so seriously this place is wonderful! The awesome people will take whatever you have and let you know the best way to ship it.
